Justin Evinger is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and co-founder of Evinger Nguyen Commercial Group, serving clients throughout the Southeast United States. With over 24 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and development, Justin brings a rare, boots-on-the-ground perspective to every transaction.
His background in building and development gives clients a strategic advantage—providing insight into property conditions, value-add opportunities, site feasibility, and long-term investment potential. Justin has developed a reputation for identifying lucrative investment opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
Specializing in industrial, land and development projects, and churches, Justin takes a tailored approach to every assignment. He believes each property—and each client—requires a strategy aligned with specific goals and long-term vision. By combining construction expertise with deep market knowledge, Justin helps investors, developers, and business owners make informed decisions that drive growth and create lasting value.
Vu Nguyen
Vu Nguyen is a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Advisor and co-founder of Evinger Nguyen Commercial Group specializing in churches, office/retail, and industrial transactions across the Southeast United States. Vu is a graduate of UCLA and has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and served as the Class President of his graduate program. Since relocating from California to Chattanooga in 2021, Vu has quickly established himself as a trusted advisor known for organization, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
For over a decade, Vu has observed and learned from the operations of his wife’s family’s $100M commercial real estate investment company, gaining invaluable insight into acquisitions, asset management, and long-term portfolio strategy. Working alongside his partner, Justin Evinger, Vu provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of investment potential—from acquisition to development and repositioning.
An active member of his local BNI chapter, Vu leverages strong community relationships to uncover off-market opportunities and deliver enhanced value.
